Of course I can’t say as I haven’t met them but I doubt this is the case

They are probably feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the new stuff going on and ‘hiding away’

Not dissimilar to what your customers might be doing

Re-engaging them is like selling so focus on

- Things that will interest customers
- Things that are up to date
- Things that will help them sell more

- Make it practical
- Make it easy to do
- Make it about selling more

🔶 Fun

- Like when you are 'in it together'
- Like when you feel achievement
- Like when you sell more

Salespeople will engage with initiatives and get on board when it is clear that they will make more sales

To do that in today's environment they will have to make more sense

They must be prepared to act as sense makers for customers

There are some subtle (and not so subtle shifts) in the skills that may have served them well in the past

It pays now to think like a partner to adopt a more collaborative approach

That in turn will help them sell more
