Fred Copestake

Board Director, Co-Founder and CPO

Fred is the Visionary and Platform Creator behind Brindis UK, The pilot test and foundation behind the Brindis Gulf project.

He is an experienced consultant specializing in the field of sales, leadership and performance. 

His unique style allows him to release the potential from his clients through the ability to understand context and generate insight as well as stimulate and encourage active participation.

Fred has worked in more than 35 countries delivering projects that range from implementing a European academy for a leading beer brand, developing sales skills in the Middle East for global healthcare companies, and introducing account development and sales leadership models in Latin America and Europe for IT and engineering multinationals.

As a result of working with over 10,000 sales people he has been able to understand the challenges they face and develop means to address these using a blend of modern tools and techniques and established best practice. 

As someone always focusing on the desired outcomes, Fred’s approach sees him work with his clients to discover new and more powerful ways of how they can do business, build mutually beneficial relationships with their customers and increase revenue.

Fred is bestselling author of two books “Hybrid Selling” and “Selling Through Partnering Skills”. He is host of the “Sales Today” weekly podcast and a regular guest and speaker at leading industry events.

Hamza Mitchell

Board Member, Co-Founder and CEO

Hamza is the Visionary and Driving Force behind Brindis Gulf, The next stage of the Brindis UK Pilot and revolutionary future of sales training.

He is an entrepreneur and experienced executive in the field of sales, leadership and strategy. 

His collaborative approach to sales has served him well enabling great success in both the governmental and private sectors with the Gulf Region.

Since his start in the industry he has built a portfolio of clients and connections to over 7,000 Corporate C-Level Executives and HNWI’s. He has served as a conduit and relationship expert connecting Energy, Real Estate, and Governmental Sales entities to GCC investors.  

Hamza has also assisted and advised several startups within the region on their sales approaches and training their sales force. 

Hamza is a firm believer in the Evolution of Sales and the need for a solution to the unique issues facing the sales forces of the Gulf. With a statistical majority of companies failing within their first year he has partnered with Fred to provide a solution to the rampant issues within the Gulf B2B and B2C markets. 

His vision and strategy for the company is focused on providing Gulf businesses the top impactful sales training with a focus on the unique challenges of the region for their salesforce by building and expanding a successful sales advisory company focused on client results.

His goal is to establish the reputation of Brindis Gulf as the premier top training and advisory company within the region.
