In this case I will use both the orange hat and the 'Brindis Bots' to guide us

The Brindis Bots are AI assistants that have been created to support all elements of a collaborative selling process

Used independently or in order they deepen a salesperson's understanding which in turn can be used with the customer

They have been built to power up the VALUE Framework which focuses sales activity on the right things

Validate = right opportunities
Align = right research
Leverage = right conversation
Underpin = right solution
Evolve = right outcomes

Looking at what these bots do helps us understand what we should be thinking about and how to improve that

focuses QBRs on value

There are loads of ways AI can help in sales

Some won't be relevant to all salespeople

However we can all benefit from thinking better
