New year... new(ish) me

Orange Hat Thinking will have a slightly different focus

It will based on the concept of 'Sales Sophisticates'

Written for people who appreciate that selling B2B involves a mix of things that are often about understanding people better

So if you are into high volume 'AI-driven' mass personalised outreach you probably won't like it

I will draw heavily on my work around collaborative selling

Perhaps not a great surprise I'll also be referring ethical selling

For most sectors this is where we are headed

Customers want it..

... and it's best practice
