Does the orange hat make you smarter?
Kind of
Reason I say that isn't to avoid fraudulent misrepresentation... or even just exaggeration
(I wrote the book on Ethical Selling!)
Its because salespeople who put on the orange hat are usually smart anyway
Smart enough to know they need to think about some things differently
Smart enough to appreciate they need new perspective for their customers
Smart enough to recognise they need to adjust their own sales process
We all know the world is changing
Smart salespeople will change with it
Keep what is still relevant while embracing what is new
And that’s exactly what the orange hat represents

- evolveability
Selling today isn’t just about persuasion
It’s about
