The latter is preferred by companies interested in showing off their wares and attracting customers by their brilliance
The former is what customers actually like as they try to make sense of things...
... and it positions the provider as the one to talk to
Imagine if it wasn't just the marketing department providing but the whole sales team sharing this kind of stuff
Who do potential customers want to talk to then?
The beauty of having salespeople produce this is

More people = more content
🔸Relevance
They know what customers are struggling with
Some sales organisations are still behaving like its the 1990's where they hold the information
