I can't recommend Fred enough, myself and a few of the team here at CCM Group recently took his 6 week 'selling through partnering skills' training course and it was excellent.
 
I will admit I was some what sceptical that a course delivered online would have the same level of impact as a face to face sales course but Fred adapted his teachings extremely well. The six weeks flew by and it was quite sad saying goodbye to the group at the end. Fred integrates breakout rooms and interactive activities into the syllabus amazingly, making the course feel engaging and not at all 'preachy'. The use of give back initiatives where Fred will donate X or gift Y to various charities or causes as an incentive to do the out of session learning points is a stroke of genius! 

Fred's teaching style is relaxed and enjoyable to make sure people really take away practical and useful learnings that they can easily incorporate into their sales journey without having to throw everything away and start from scratch. 

I can honestly say that I am now better prepared to support my clients after taking this course and would highly recommend Fred as a teacher for any professional regardless of your level of previous experience.
